Microfest 2.0’s Beer List:
- Goedenacht Lambic: Brewed with traditional farmhouse methods & aged one cycle of the seasons.
- Saint Florian Belgian Triple: A Trappist monastery inspired golden strong ale.
- Noir Noel: Dark spiced Belgian Christmas strong ale.
- Champagne Du Nord: Traditional Berlininer Weisse style brew.
- Gap-toothed Grin: English mild ale.
- Cascade IPA: The flavor of cascade hops is showcased in this single hop variety brew.
- Insanity: Homegrown wormwood (Artemesia absinthium) infused into a spicy French Saison
- Dark Chocolate Framboisen: Sweet European dark chocolate stout enlightened by the flavor of red raspberries.
- Vanilla Cream Ale: Light cream ale with notes of Madagascar grown bourbon vanilla beans.
- Under the Kilt Scottish Ale – A strong Scottish ale highlighting the sweet taste of the malt with just the right amount of hops. This ale quenches your thirst and goes down easy.
- T.M.M.D. IPA – My sister-in-law devilishly said “This Makes Me Drunk” half way into her second pint. At 8% ABV it packs a punch and is full of flavor. It starts with the flavor and aroma of the hops, then the sweetness of the malt, followed by the bitterness of the hops at the finish.
- 1, 2, 3, Floor Stout – A very smooth export stout that is easy to drink but is strong enough to put you on the floor if you are not careful.

Microfest 1.0
The fist Microfest was an immense and somewhat surprising success.
We managed to raise 480 dollars for Khom Khoun and Leonarda Aguilar Apahancho. This money was used for silk weaving and pottery businesses, respectively. Khom Khoun’s loan was paid back ten months ahead of schedule and reinvested into Juana Maria Calero, a citrus farmer.
Everyone had a fantastic time with fifty gallons of beer and bratwursts provided for free!
